Continuing Education Credits for the Virtual Healthcare Provider Seminar on April 23, 2026
In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by Hartford HealthCare and La Leche League of Connecticut. Hartford HealthCare is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
Physicians: Hartford HealthCare designates this live activity for a maximum of 6.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

ABIM MOC: Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 6.0 Medical Knowledge credits in the American Board of Internal Medicine's (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.

Social Workers: As a Jointly Accredited Organization, Hartford HealthCare is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Organizations, not individual courses, are approved under this program. State and provincial regulatory boards have the final authority to determine whether an individual course may be accepted for continuing education credit. Hartford HealthCare maintains responsibility for this course. Social workers completing this course receive a maximum of 6.0 cultural continuing education credits.
Dietitians and Dietetic Technicians, Registered: Completion of this RD/DTR profession-specific or IPCE activity awards CPEUs (One IPCE credit = One CPEU). If the activity is dietetics-related but not targeted to RDs or DTRs, CPEUs may be claimed which are commensurate with participation in contact hours (One 60 minute hour = 1 CPEU). RD's and DTRs are to select activity type 102 in their Activity Log. Performance Indicator selection is at the learner's discretion. This activity is designated for a maximum of 6.0 CDR CPEUs.
Interprofessional Continuing Education: This activity was planned by and for the healthcare team, and learners will receive 6.0 Interprofessional Continuing Education (IPCE) credit for learning and change.
All Other Learners: All other learners will receive a Certificate of Participation for a maximum of 6.0 hours of education. Consult your professional licensing board regarding the applicability and acceptance of credits certified by an organization accredited by Joint Accreditation for Interprofessional Continuing Education.
