Breastfeeding Cafe is a relaxed and casual meeting designed to meet the needs of the mothers who attend on any given day. There are no predetermined topics, rather, the conversation goes wherever the attendees take it, with some guidance from the facilitating Leaders.
The Middletown Breastfeeding Cafe meetings are hosted by the Family Wellness Center on Main Street in Middletown. Parking is on the street and is metered, though there is some free parking available on the side streets adjacent to the building.
